Pros

Great pay, benefits, environment and you get to work for a well-known well respected company. Huge opportunities to grow!

Cons

Nothing really. There are many people concerned about the recent layoffs and TI's track record of hiring and then laying off, but if you do your job and do it good (go above and beyond) you should have nothing to worry about.

Pros

1. Good work life balance. 2. Benefits are very good. 3. You get best opportunity to learn from all people around. 4. Compensation is also good. 5. Encourage people in all aspects.

Cons

1. Appraisal process is weired since they take feedback from the lead only. If you bad lead your life is hell. 2. I feel compensation and also process can be made better.
