Pros

Management respects their employees, feels like going to work each morning, Good place to grow your career, nice work environment, nice work-life balance and you get rewarded for good work

Cons

the initial ramp up period after joining can become a little frustrating due to lack of any ramp up programs for new hires

Pros

Great work (if you are patient), people respect you as an employee and an individual. Balanced work and personal life (though some times it is spikey), Good pay relative to the industry.

Cons

Roadmap is looking exceedingly weak day by day. No new investment being made in the field of digital - management's focus is only on analog.

Solid, conservative company driven by engineers

Pros

Good benefits, good communications with employees, no prima donnas in management; high ethical standards.

Cons

Very conservative -- slow to make decisions and move forward; salaries are based on cost of living in Dallas -- so if you work in a major metropolitan area outside of Dallas your pay is likely to be less than that of your peers. Stock option grants have been reduced in past years so as to become pretty much meaningless.
