Pros

Good research happening, good compensation, great employee recognition, good training program.

Cons

Too much team politics, poor upper management, randomly assigns job roles to new college grads without knowing their strenghts and interests, does not encourage rotation program in all teams for new employees.

Pros

Day shift schedule was nice 7-7 with 3 on 4 off rotating schedule. High morale in small work groups. Loved my job there. Benefits and pay are pretty good and 401k.

Cons

Hard to get on straight into TI, had to go through a different agency and takes years to get on full time.

Pros

Great benefits, 401k, stock. Profit share & good Relo/Sign-on bonus. Great rotational programs.

Cons

Lifers can be toxic. They expect you to be experts in the field 3 months in. Communication can be poor and deadlines may not be communicated to you properly. A lot of engineers seem to come in at 6am and leave at 7pm. It is frowned upon if you leave at the "normal" 8 hours. Rumors of <20% retention rate of new hires.
