Pros

Coworkers were great, corporate management seemed more down to earth than other semiconductor executives, the company has a solid plan for the future.

Cons

The pay could have been higher - many engineers were leaving to higher paying companies - this created a little bit of a brain drain but did open opportunities for younger engineers. PTO and benefits were just OK - the company always pointed out to profit sharing as their justification for less stellar benefits
