Great compensation - salary, medical, 401k, ESPP, options, bonus for high performers.

Cons

Great place for new college grads.

Good work environment, friendly coworkers Good NCG program Flexible working time, Many trainings

Cons

The compensation and benefits package are different for different regions, some local policy does not fit the company culture. Some high level positions were assigned to incapable personnel.

Pros

Company Culture: Company encourages creative involvement of every employee. There is a constant push to improve processes - to make processes more efficient and not accept things as is Great work/life balance (of course depends on the type of role you are in) Flexibility in work schedule as far as ability to work from home Great benefits for top performers - options, RSUs etc.

Cons

Base salary increases are nominal Artificial diversity being created in management roles (does not appear to be based on talent)
