Pros

Excellent colleagues and open work culture.

Cons

Company is cash driven. As soon as they see some losses they decide to downsize. HR department is worst. No room to negotiate. Betriebsrat is "namesake". They work on commands from HR. So pretty useless to expect any support from them!

Pros

Very good benefits & compensation, with opportunities for profit sharing. Most all of the people you work with are extremely talented. Good opportunities to work on new technologies and products. Cool to know that things you work on show up in recognizable consumer products.

Cons

Big company Stress level at times can be high to deliver Company will make tough decisions to get out of a business if it isn't hitting the performance goals they want - result is entire BUs can be hit resulting in RIFs.

Pros

Quality of work was very good. The work that was being done here at bangalore before TI exited the cellular business was truly world class. Work culture / work-life balance was valued and supported by the management. One got to work with smart/experienced engineers from all around the world.

Cons

The compensation was below par with TI management trading off its good reputation with lower salary. Promotions were had to come by for most.
