Pros

I enjoy the campus and flexibility to work from home and in office (hybrid). It is a great place for college graduates as well and employees get a sizable amount of profit sharing.

Cons

Work life balance is not bad but sometimes I work nights or weekends but it depends on team/manager. Even though I have had to work outside of work hours often, my manager is understanding and lenient about vacations and remote work.
