Pros

Great software and training program. Great people to work with. Good benefits.

Cons

Too many meetings which were time consuming and could have been complied in an email. Career advance depended on networking. Unmanageable workload. Micromanaging on a daily basis and for every single detail. Upper management does not do anything with the feedback. Have to work 2 weeks ahead for a few days vacation due to workload.

Pros

Overall good benefits and automated system.

Cons

Highly conservative! Old school mind set, the Company has not evolved with the times. Claims Dept. is a sweat shop with Micro Managers, very controlling. They will penalize you for the most minimal issue and prevent the Employees from qualifying for their annual bonus. Think very seriously about this place.
