IT department still working on retiring old technology and somewhat reluctant to change.

Good Company, Great People

Pros

When I was there there were nice yearly raises and bonuses. I had work/life balance and flexibility to care for my kids when sick or just needed time for other things.

Cons

The last few years have had lots of turnover and big changes, like most companies these days which can be a struggle when so many things change at once.

Great benefits, job security, great work life balance, great work culture, offers bonuses.

Cons

Does not pay competitively with multi line carriers, not a lot of room for growth, doing the work of an Underwriter and underwriter assistant and sometimes an auditor, heavy workload, and under staffed.
