Lots of turnover!

Pros

Great benefits and 401k match. They do a good job of hiring good personalities. Fresh fruit in the break room.

Cons

Typical turnover found in a claims environment. The workload is unrealistic given the timelines and some of the supervision is nowhere to be found. There seems to be a disconnect with the front line employees and the management. Upper management has meetings with the front line employees for suggestions, but the suggestions fall on deaf ears. Too many meetings and not enough time to do your actual job.

Pros

Few pros, it really depends on your supervisors.

Cons

They fired me because of my disability and even had my unemployment denied by making up a nonsensical story. Truly toxic management and leadership at all levels. My supervisors took credit for my work and suggestions. They shifted the blame for their mistakes onto me. They ignored my concerns. They gave my new Asian coworker credit for my accomplishments, like they couldn't believe a Latina could have been completing all that work by herself. Any conversation with leadership was a waste of time because another member of leadership had already spoken to them to give them the wrong impression. HR was negligent and just parroted my supervisors. There are a lot of company-wide meetings and superficial attempts to assure employees that they are valued and heard but it's all a joke. If you have valid criticism you are deemed troublesome. At the end of the day the only person that will be heard is your supervisor.
