Pros

Compensation or help for personal disaster, flexible, doesn't open until 4p on weekdays, young adult atmosphere, easy to make friends, 3 table sections, compensation for recruitment, games for no boh/foh/free meal every shift, easy to pick/give up shifts, great money to make, easy to gain regulars

Cons

Young adult atmosphere, not a large ladder to climb, you have to motivate yourself, stress, must be great with customer service, must be good at "letting it go", need patience

Pros

Corporate culture is absolutely unbeatable. High expectations for performance, but rewarded by working with great, smart people for a successful and growing company.

Cons

Absolutely none. Had a wonderful experience.

Pros

They have a flexible schedule, but make you feel bad about giving away shifts. It's an extremely busy restaurant. No late night shifts (Usually out before 11 pm, 12 am AT THE LATEST) Great trade-outs from local businesses and great prizes for non-mediocre employees.

Cons

Inconsistencies (understatement). Stressed out management. You often get the feeling you're not appreciated. Unrealistic gift card sales (the most stressful and mind-raping time to work for the company). A young staff who doesn't care. A management staff that plays in fields of fraternization...constantly. The constant feeling that you're going to get fired for not "selling enough of what they need sold for the quarter". Intense training program that shoves too much down your throat. The most ridiculous tip-out I have ever experienced (I pay more in tip out than my monthly bills). Overall, just a standing ovation to mediocrity. Worst serving job I've ever had.
