Pros

Some of the best management staff you will ever have. This team goes way out of its way to make sure you are enjoying your job.

Cons

There is not a lot of opportunity to no duo to management position. It seems as if store managers are completely locked into their positions.

Pros

Great pay for servers, high motivation to do a solid work, high energy environment and you get to learn to line dance.

Cons

Its a corporate environment that while allows much possibility for taking on higher responsibility, still suffers from less than desirable managers, and an always present bottom line.

Fast paced yet can be fun and lively

Pros

This place is very fast paced and you must know how to keep up with things while keeping your cool. I think this is a great place to work at when you're young because it teaches you a lot about customer service and how to stay cool under pressure. The job is usually fun, but it has its days where you just want to leave. I would recommend working here. Management (my management anyways) was very flexible with school and understood that school was my priority. As long as you do what you're supposed to do (be nice, smile, run food, do running sidework, DANCE, etc.) management is pretty cool and will help you if you help them.

Cons

It's very difficult to move up the ladder. I was hired as a host then got promoted to a server, but it took months and months. It's frustrating when they hire outside rather than promoting people who have worked there for a year. If you're looking for benefits, this is in no way the best place to look.
