Pros
I love the people, they treat you with respect and like you are family. I love the entreprenuerial spirit, they give you autonomy to lead your area and run your restaurant. I love that we can give back to the community and take care of our people without having to deal with a ton of bureaucracy and red tape. I love the flexibility of the hours, we are only open 9 shifts a week as opposed to others who are working every meal of the day. The company cares about me as a person and that is the most important item on my list!
Cons
If you are someone who wants a book of rules or processes, this isn't the company for you. TXRH gives guidance and you have to be smart enough to think through decisions on your own.
