Pros

The hours are 4-10(11) so going to school full time is a breeze. And the hours are very flexible. The 3 table section max is nice so you give great service, and the money is great.

Cons

Management isn't always competent when it comes to decisions. Half the time, they treat you like they can just replace you the next day. And they're so afraid to fire people.

The money is great when you work on busy nights. Training is great, and they teach you great customer service strategies.

Cons

If you fail a secret shopper evaluation you get fired. If you miss one shift without getting it covered, you get fired.
