Company growth is slow,, news headlines are used as a facade. Little progression internally due to slow growth. The wages are stagnant but this is also industry and nation wide. Beech leadership has been allowed to take over alongside even poorer inexperienced Millennial leadership. Organization that once was is becoming much like Spirit Aerosystems with poor management decisions and overtime being thrown at every problem.
