Pros

Incredibly friendly workplace atmosphere. Not very demanding, work stays at work

Cons

Middle management politics play a huge role in every day work. Experienced workers resistant to change, stick to the old ways.

Pros

-Working on Airplanes -Close to city -Tuition Reimbursement (Reimbursed only if you get a degree related to your job) -

Cons

-No growth opportunities for individual contributors -Low salary -They do not care for honest, hardworking, and good people but promote bad people (Backstabbers, Suck Ups etc.) -Company only focuses on developing their managers but don't give any support to individual contributors on developing their careers. -There is an obvious problem with Beechcraft managers only hiring Beechcraft employees and upper management doesn't do anything about it. -Process engineers are first to go every single time whenever overhead cost needs to be decreased. -HR department is a joke and they don't care to help you at all whenever you have an issue.

Pros

Management encourage you to grow professionally, if you show them that you are an asset to the company, you will get promoted. Every year you might get a raise if you did well on the evaluation.

Cons

In some facilities they will "ask" you for over-time.
