      Pros

      Great benefits, market leader, innovative, leadership seems to have stopped the practice of shuffling directors every 12-24 months, so that is a good thing.

      Cons

      It depends on where you work, but in my job work life balance was not good and even after my budget significantly increased I could not get additional help approved.
