      Cessna can be a fun place to work-IF you are allowed into the boys club.

      Pros

      It pays the bills. Cessna can be very fun. But the avionics department is the department on the bottom of the food chain. Every department blames everything on avionics.

      Cons

      Women don't get very far. They are expected to do twice the work of the men but don't get the same amount of respect or praise, promotions. Women are not allowed into the knowledge center.
