Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a flying club and industry on-par benefits. There is a push to have a better culture which many areas embrace. They've allowed employees more flexible work schedules.
Cons
There is little to no accountability. They will leave under-performing or unqualified employees in positions (particularly management) until they are forced to make a change (usually because of an expensive failure). The culture requires a large loss of money to change a process. The company also gives preference to younger employees for opportunities. Being in the aviation industry, layoffs are always just a quarter of bad performance (or less) away.
