Pros
internship program was great, they make you feel like you are highly wanted.
Cons
Pay and benefits are mediocre for a corporate job, the internship experiences were really good which lure you to work full time at this company. However, Full time experiences were closer to the real world. All level of Management has no transparency. Low level management and working level relationship are distant. Top level leadership will not blink an eye when layoff employees who have just started in the company for a couple months. Programs makes Poor projection for headcounts. Working level felt just like headcount unless you become part of management. Paycheck sitters and management kissers takes probably 1/2 of the company.
