Cons
Aggressive intern recruitment of young blonde college graduates has resulted in a flood of young employees being placed in positions of leadership with no prior experience. Interns are good, but it is better to have an understanding of a department prior to running it. Sr. Leadership seem to value the opinions of the younger leaders over that of the veterans who have seen many of the changes over the years and understand the history. There needs to be a balance. Even with a Bachelor degree, there are few opportunities to move up into management unless you start out in a management position.
