      Pros

      Company is run well overall from the perspective of an employee. Compensation is fair. Community atmosphere is good, even family like. It appears you're not likely to get fired without very good reason. Good opportunity to move around the company if desired. Overall recommended.

      Cons

      Layoffs happen in the industry. Returning employees are not granted the benefits of their service history after a while away. It is demoralizing to be starting over from 0 when you gave your blood and sweat and were shown the door during a downturn.

      Great coworkers in engineering. Good learning and growth environment. Senior leadership struggled in the past but seems to be improving.

      Compensation comes up a bit short compared to other employers in the industry.

      The company provides great benefits

      Cons

      Crappy people and the company tends to "throw you to the wolves". Training is normally two weeks, if that, and then you have to figure things out on yourself.
