      A/C hangar, mechanics are heart of this place

      Cons

      Turnaround is fairly high; There are leads and management that go against all company values and make this place horrible, and make good mechanics leave! Im sure if corporate had better insights in what's going on most of them would be fired on the spot. Pay is low and takes a long time to get satisfactory pay, topout pay is below average; Special tools to perform aircraft model specific tasks in bad shape or non existent;
