      Pros

      Encouraging of people moving positions throughout the company. Makes it easy to find a job that is a good fit.

      Cons

      Becoming more of a micro management mindset. They tend to have leadership micromanage rather than empower others to succeed and lead on their own.

      relatively good pay for the area My work schedule is relatively flexible

      This company used to be the standard that many people measured against for other companies in the area and other aircraft companies across the country. Today it is nothing more than a carbon copy of Jack Welch’s GE. Senior Management will not hear the truth. The CEO over promises by a lot, makes completely unreasonable schedules not based on fact and then overworks people to meet it...but we can still never meet a fantasy schedule.
