      Good people striving to do the right things Great product mix and product development groups

      Cons

      Upper management is utterly sociopathic in their approach to people and strategy. Experienced and knowledgable employees are constantly being replaced with interns. Morale in most areas is dismal with executives managing by fear and micromanagement. It's a terrible way to manage these iconic brands and products.

      Decent job security, good friends, freedom

      Cons

      Management, upper management, HR, you know all the typical things that kill moral and productivity. Before 08-09 layoffs this was a very family friendly company, now its ran by former intern idiots who have no ideas what's going on.
