      Cheap cost of Living in Kansas Good pay for incoming college students

      Cons

      HR will not hire you if you are more than 6 months out of college. HR will not let you move around the company unless you are under 25 or already in management, they have publicly stated to employees they do not care about your experience, you will only move in this company if you started as an intern or leadership development program person. They preach that there are opportunities available to all when there are none. This company is where careers go to die, do not work here.

      Pros

      There are no pros at this company. The management is tearing these plants apart. Someone is not overseeing what these so called managers are doing.

      Cons

      This company is poorly managed by the upper management personnel. Textron has allowed Cessna to rape and pillage Beechcraft and they don't treat anybody fairly.
