Dominant marketshare with great product line.

Cons

Unless you're a college kid wanting an internship or a 22 year old just out of school, I wouldn't recommend working here anymore. The biggest negative is management's completely bipolar approach to talent development and retention. Interns and 22-yr old new grads are king. And they have demonstrated they have no use for keeping experienced help over 45 gradually retiring, firing or laying off those who know more and earn more.

Pros

There is a lot of work to go around, with many opportunities for advancement. If you like overtime there is plenty of it. Decent benefits with paid holidays

Cons

Communication between supervisors is poor. Vast majority of Value Stream Leaders don't have a bachelor's degree, so they are terrible working with employees. Advancement doesn't equate to pay, will put you in a new role without increasing your pay. Raises and evaluations are highly subjective, no real data is used. New hires come in making close to the same wage as people who have been there for a few years. They will have you plan on working overtime every weekend and say it's subject to change. Will find out if working over time sometimes one hour before shift starts.
