Great work life balance. 401k match is fair. Management really tries to listen to the ideas of individual contributors. I also like the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Cons

No cons. I really enjoy working for this organization and would encourage anyone who is interested in working here to apply.

Good opportunity for continuing education/factory schools. Almost always plenty of overtime available. Textron is very good about promoting from within.

Cons

When you go into supervision it can be difficult to balance work and life.
