      Great expense budget. Get to fly in private jets sometimes

      Cons

      Poor strategy and human capital management. Large disconnect between sales people in the field and upper management. Office politics can take precedent over collaboration.

      Room for growth if it's available. Opportunity to move around with in company . Hands on work is available if that is what you enjoy doing.

      Cons

      Job security is lacking. There is a bunch of reorganization that happens each year. Change to schedule is often not an option.
