Communication between supervisors is poor. Vast majority of Value Stream Leaders don't have a bachelor's degree, so they are terrible working with employees. Advancement doesn't equate to pay, will put you in a new role without increasing your pay. Raises and evaluations are highly subjective, no real data is used. New hires come in making close to the same wage as people who have been there for a few years. They will have you plan on working overtime every weekend and say it's subject to change. Will find out if working over time sometimes one hour before shift starts.
