Low job security, obsessive employee evaluation

They have started to outsource many of there salaried and bargaining positions. US contractors were replaced with offshore resources or sent the work to Mexico, shop floor positions given to local contractors who pay less in wages. They do this for cost savings but push many of their older employees to retire early or release them with a small severance package and expect them to find new employment.
