Lack of defined leadership and leadership traits in leaders, lack of direction (on some new proj), poor insurance, expected to work up to 10hrs overtime/week (if needed), no upward growth, no lateral growth for people who excel but don't match with direct supervisor's ambitions,

Not a happening place (town), company can definitely do better helping its employees.
