      Pros

      Good learning opportunity, exposure to complete aircraft design at one particular place. Good benefits and health insurance coverage. Educational cost covered.

      Cons

      Salary is not so much competitive. Bonus and additional compensation could be added. Current market is not so good for commercial jets.

      Pros

      Textron Aviation is a well run organization focused on success. It thrives on the college graduates making use of all the latest innovative ideas being taught today. Textron's intern program is utilized in every area of the company.

      Cons

      Textron Aviation is very results oriented. Company health insurance is my least preferred option I've ever experienced. Textron has a policy of anyone who leaves or is laid off is not available for rehire. That makes a longterm career plans in aircraft manufacturing today much more risky.
