Cool products, challenging work, people are friendly, great holiday schedule, good paid time off policies for salaried workforce
Cons
Yes-man organization, short sighted, terrible hiring policies (you'll only be hired if you are a new grad or a contracted service provider), talent development is a joke, terrible parental leave, minimal flex-time opportunities, product quality is sacrificed to meet schedule, you'll only move into management if you know the right people and are just like them, no freedom in choosing what program or products you want to work on
