Pros
New facility. Where I was living at that time I was offered an awesome pavkage and well trained when i was hired. That does not happen anymore with new employes. Woldwide network.
Cons
Management is awful, unexperienced and in cases with no aviation experience and culture. It is a company that is still in the 70's.-80's The rules and pays are very different depending on the location you are working at. It is a huge company that behaves as a small one in many aspects It is not easy to move inside the network. Ig your manager does neither want to let you go nor pay you more, it is easier to go work for another company than get a position somewhere else in the company.
