      Pros

      Good place to gain experience in corporate aviation. This opens the door to better companies.

      Cons

      Management is dis-functional, and lacks respect for their workers. Minimal training, forced overtime (when there is work).

      Hiring policies are heavily in favor of new college grads. Many opportunities to gain and expand experience. Company focuses on advancing recent college hires. Frequent opportunities to transfer to other business units.

      Cons

      Depending on the department/division, can be very political. Come prepared, stay low and do a good job and you will do fine.
