      Pros

      Interesting environment with the ability to see all phases of aircraft production. Leadership Development Program allows for corporate mobility. Ability to see products fly that you had a hand in creating.

      Cons

      Lack of mobility once in full time capacity. Cyclical nature of industry requires strong ability to deal with ambiguity. Lack of on purpose training for efficient on boarding of new employees.
