      Superb quality of work, i.e. challenging tasks, lots of responsibility for an entry-level, get moved to new projects rapidly

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Many front line managers are professional, compassionate and listen to their employees. Opportunities for advancement within TA and Textron. Some departments embracing flex time.

      Cons

      Certain departments have entitled or entrenched attitudes. Rigid HR policies (ratings system, new hire policy). Shared services function poorly and the compressed BC acquisition timeline was problematic.
