      Pros

      Great benefits, amazing airplanes, seemed like a great company. Leadership seemed to be in shambles. Food was good at the interview. Beware of being yourself though. Some of the people seemed great.

      Cons

      The interview schedule was poorly managed, you definitely take the back seat to their current sales. Constantly switching times, making you wait, answering phone calls in the middle, clearly distracted. They don't value individualism/eagerness, so if you are a yes man/woman or lack a vibrant personality this is the company for you.

      Pros

      Is one of the most important aerospace industries in Chihuahua and it is growing with time. I learned too much about always be designing tools to improve processes and production, also to take care about safety, cleaning, values.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is not enough your work or people dont see what yo have done and you can´t grow. People have their preferences with friends
