      Pros

      Mostly professional workers. Just come to work, do your job, then go home. Good benefits and decent pay.

      Cons

      No hangar air conditioning. Too many aircraft for the available space. Cluttered hangar floors. Few 5S or Lean Six Sigma practices.

      Pros

      The work is interesting and challenging, when I started it still had the feel of a family owned business that truly cared about its employees.

      Cons

      Management is no longer what it used to be, the focus became short term profit over long term success. Training opportunities are far and few between, you are expected to learn on your own and to know it fast. At one time Cessna was a place where you could advance on your merit. But toward the end of my time their career advancement almost purely through the brown nose system.

      Pros

      I worked with wonderful employees and employers for many years. Definitely the people I worked with were very good team players with the goal working toward excellent customer service.

      Cons

      I have had no bad experiences myself personally with this company in the 38 years I worked there.
