      Comp is not bad Systems are fairly advanced compared to the competition Some latitude to make strategic decisions as an IC depending on your area

      Cons

      Org structure definitely being flattened - Political Company has shrunk to half its former size - less leverage Not too good at remote employee management

      Pros

      Used to be the training, in 2006 was a premier company. While the hours are flexible, it is not unusual for my peers and I to work 65-70 hours a week..

      Cons

      Cash flow is critical, zero leadership objectives, few opportunities for advancement, company is in survival mode, limited areas of hiring within the company due to instability, most of my peers would tell you that we are on the slowest sinking ship in America.
