      Pros

      Enjoyed what I did each day, enjoyed the people I worked with. Had numerous group leads and got along well with all of them. Good work-life balance

      Cons

      Pay could be better. 1st level management and the personal growth to that level is being phased out for higher level managers being asked manage dozens of people. Loss of too many experienced engineers who are all replaced by new college hires.

      We have way too much work for the amount of people. Overloaded desk responsibility.
