      Pros

      Mostly professional workers. Just come to work, do your job, then go home. Good benefits and decent pay.

      Cons

      No hangar air conditioning. Too many aircraft for the available space. Cluttered hangar floors. Few 5S or Lean Six Sigma practices.

      Pros

      I worked with wonderful employees and employers for many years. Definitely the people I worked with were very good team players with the goal working toward excellent customer service.

      I have had no bad experiences myself personally with this company in the 38 years I worked there.

      competitive salary and benefits, fair work/life balance, good culture

      Cons

      Layoffs and attriction labotomized the company. There seems to be constant management reorganization. There also seems to be an unwillingness to increase salaries to retain talent.
