      Good People, Not the Best Management

      Pros

      Good benefits. Good social events from time to time with others. Pharmacy on West Campus if needed.

      Cons

      Not the best management or HR. If a complaint is put into HR by multiple people, nothing ever seems to come from it. Management is trying, but changing expectations and rules every other month made work difficult. Micromanaging in certain situations doesn't help the situation either. Doesn't feel like much trust no matter the employee. Cultures and values slowly improving but can go back to starting point when management gets stressed.
