Pros
It's a paycheck, raise every quarter that keeps up with supposed inflation numbers.
Cons
Prepare to get written up if you're sick and call in/slowdown from it. Favoritism, count on there being people who get paid to do absolutely nothing while extra work gets added to you. Little to no vacation time till you've been here for 2 years at least, no sick time till at least 5. Have to be in your department for at least a year to transfer. Be prepared to be put on mandatory overtime/Saturday for no real reason aside from "our numbers aren't high enough" or "to get it done".
