      Pay is good but would like bonuses

      Cons

      We have a very high turnover rate on some models that is exacerbated by having experienced people leaving or retiring. This has highlighted a flaw with our ability to get and retain experienced people forcing the engineering teams to put out thousands of fires at once instead of permanently fixing the problem. Instead we constantly put band aids over symptoms only to seem return.

      Above average management. Good co-workers. Good variety of work. Easy to transfer to a lot of different service centers. Overtime is almost always available.

      Cons

      Low bonuses, if you ever see one. They did away with the penision a few years ago.
