      Most managers are flexible and embody the "be human" aspect of the company. I love working here.

      Pros

      Good company to work for, bosses and leadership are very helpful and are always on your side. If they don't know the answer to your question they know someone who does.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little better. Could have more training. Sometimes unclear path on how to work something.

      Pros

      Average pay. Opportunities to move to different positions. I found the experience enlightening and don't regret it - despite the sleepless nights.

      Cons

      Salary environment can be toxic. College grad LDP newcomers are fast tracked while hard working stalwarts are overlooked. PMPs aren't taken seriously, and monthly performance check ins are not completed. Raises seem to be based on who plays racket ball/softball with the boss. Got my biggest raise when I left the company. Sad because I was really good at my job.
