      Textron offers a more flexible work environment than most companies

      Cons

      Textron is not transparent with pay. Example, if you are a manufacturing engineer working in the same office with 6 other employees doing the same job, one may make $60,000 while another person will make $110,000. per year. Pay is not transparent at all. Do not assume you will fairly compensated if you do not have some sort of "relationship" with management.
