      Pros

      Open house events which are nice if you like their airplanes, quarterly raises. Great if you've been there 10/20+ years. Can get away with doing barely anything if you can make the work look difficult

      Cons

      Very "he said, she said" culture. Unions only play good cop bad cop but will always talk about "fighting for you", if you can't find your own clique you're essentially an island where the leads and supervisors will walk all over you. You won't ever see the topped out pay.
