      For most functions of the business, your job is very stable

      Working at TS for the past year has been extremely disappointing. I really regret accepting the offer. They’ve handled the COVID situation about as bad as a company could. Whether is be through a lack of communication and clarity or refusal to adapt and allow employees to work remote, I’ve learned that TS is not an employee focused employer. The COVID situation put management’s incompetence under a microscope. It’s very clear that change needs to be made now. Additionally, salaries are about 5-10% lower than market standard. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE (nearby Northrop, Lockheed, etc).

      None come to mind at all.

      1. Awful COVID-19 response. People don’t feel safe coming into a poorly ventilated office, but management said that being on site was great for morale. They lie and lie to make themselves feel good. 2. Abusive managers! Belittling, name calling, and gaslighting are common practices. Better have these skills if you want to be a director. It also helps if you’re incompetent as well and know someone. 3. Pressure to exceed expectations can cause health problems, but guess what? No one cares. You don’t matter. I’ll say it again. You. Don’t. Matter.

      9/80 schedule, paid time off

      Cons

      - Upper management demeans employees and expects them too be robots. They only care about profits. - People who are unqualified get promoted because of prior connection. Pay is also below industry standard. - I've experienced things at this place that are just too painful to talk about.
